Todd G. Everts, CFS
Founder and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Everts is the founder and Chairman of Wall Street Financial Group, Inc. He is also
currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Wall Street Global Group – an
international financial services firm that bridges financial solutions for institutional
investors and financial intermediaries in the Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe and the
Middle East.
He is a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) and holds a Series 7, 24, 63, 65; New York
State Life, Accident and Health, and Variable Annuities licenses.
Mr. Everts was also a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and is
currently a member of the Institute of Certified Fund Specialists. Mr. Everts held two
former board seats with the Financial Planning Association (FPA) formerly known as the
International Association for Financial Planning (IAFP) broker dealer division (Chairman
2001, 2002) and International Advisory Chapter expansion. He was an arbitrator for the
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Inc from 1999 to 2006.
He is frequently quoted in domestic and international newspapers and featured on
television, including guest commentary on BBC, Bloomberg Television, Channel News
Asia, CNN, CNBC Europe and co-hosting of CNBC Asia’s Squawk Box. He is a regular
speaker at conferences worldwide.
Victoria Bach-Fink
CEO/CFO
Victoria Bach-Fink is one of the original supporting staff of Wall Street Financial Group,
founded in 1994. She has held various positions in Finance, Support Services and
Compliance, and previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief
Compliance Officer. She is also a FINRA arbitrator. Victoria is an active member of the
Financial Services Institute (FSI), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), FINRA District 9 Committee, as well as
the Rochester Business Alliance (RBA), where she is also on the membership advisory committee. Victoria has a B.S. in Business Management/Finance
from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. While working at WSFG, Victoria also
started a small business, which she owned and ran successfully for 5 years.
Victoria enjoys spending time with her family - she loves teaching her son Carter and
daughter Ciara new and exciting things. She is also an avid football fan, and
participated in, and continues to teach, competitive dance.

Joseph R. Richard
Vice President
Joe has over 15 years experience in the financial industry and has been with Wall
Street Financial Group, Inc. since 2002. He is responsible for recruiting and sponsor
relationships as well as overseeing all sales, marketing and advertising for the firm.
Before joining Wall Street Financial Group, Joe was a Regional Marketing Director with
American Skandia representing Variable Annuities, Mutual Funds and 401K products.
His extensive sales experience also includes several years with Boston Capital and
New England Funds. Joe has a BA from the University of Maine.
Joe is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He is also a
member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) where he is a member of its Marketing
Council.
A transplanted Bostonian, Joe is a dedicated Boston sports fan and enjoys spending
time with his wife and three kids.
